Back to School Product Premiere Linky

I am joining a bunch of great teachers to showcase a favorite item from their Teachers Pay Teachers store.  I chose to share with you a literacy center called Top Ten Lists.  It is a favorite of mine because it is so versatile, easy to differentiate, and most importantly,  I LOVE to see what my creative kiddos come up with.

Top 10 Lists Literacy Center

Here is a checklist for the teacher to keep track of the lists used during the school year.

There are 160 more category pages of top 10 lists.  The categories range from favorite food, to things at the zoo, to words with double letters, etc.  The students are SO creative filling these out.  It is amazing to see what they come up with.
I like to do a share of a few top 10 lists that students have completed.  My students love to hear what their classmates came up with.  They too are amazed at what was listed, and why they didn't think of that word!

Students can keep their top 10 lists organized in a book format with this cover.  Keeping them in a 3-prong folder is easy!  Just have the students add their new one each week.

These are just a few of the recording sheets.  There are several for differentiation.  It is great because all students feel included by doing the same center, but they don't all have to know that the work they do is different.  Another recording sheet not shown is ABC order.

Thanks for checking out one of my favorite literacy centers!  You can get more information about it here
